Please ensure that you have read and understood the PDS, AIB and TMD prior to completing and submitting your Application Form (Account Opening). You can make an investment in the Fund by sending us a correctly completed Application Form (Account Opening) together with the required supporting identification documentation. The minimum initial investment is A$5,000 and minimum subsequent investment can be added at A$1,000.

If you have an existing account with Capital Dynamics (Australia) Limited and would like to use the same account to invest in this Fund, you will need to fill up the Additional Application Form and submit to us together with the proof of payment.

There are 2 methods for you to submit your application to us:

1. By mail / in-person (ORIGINAL COPIES ARE REQUIRED):

2. By Investor Portal (Online Application):
   
   Create an account at iportal.capitaldynamics.com.au , fill up the Application Form (Account Opening) under “Invest with Us” in the portal. Supporting documents and proof of payment can be submitted by uploading it into the portal under “Submission History”.
   

If you already have an investment account with Capital Dynamics (Australia) Ltd, you are required to link your iPortal account with your existing investment before you can proceed to invest in i Capital Asia-Pacific ex-Japan BTB Fund using the same investment account.
